Northstar - New Home

Located on a challenging up-slope lot, this residence takes full advantage of all the parcel has to offer. The placement of the house takes advantage of open space out back, and the room and window layouts help the neighboring houses disappear. The massing of the house works with the parcels contours to keep the house from appearing too tall or bulky.   This project was a collaboration with Brandon Mitchell Architect, design by Brandon Mitchell.
